I can't remember if it was always like this, but when I view a post, it shows first post on bottom and progression moves upward. How do I reverse this?

I have the same problem, can anyone tell me how to fix this?

quick links -> edit options -> thread display options -> thread display mode -> linear - newest first / linear - oldest first / threaded

Where is the "quick links" button?
