No. Those are from your small chain pad in the head at the variocam unit. Explore around in the forum, there are a lot of threads about this issue.

We are talking about the same thing

Considering the size of those bits, the end of those pads is near. I wouldn`t drive too far with this car. Unless they are replaced already and the sump was not cleaned afterwards.
