Thanks.

wow looks 100% factory. Total transformation.
But what happened to the trunk Badge?
that area around the the tail pipes might look nice with
a carbon or mesh shroud of some kind and machined rings around each tail pipe like the kind that go around this Gemballa exhaust

Yeah thats what i love about it. its all factory and looks awesome. I took off the trunk badge i like the clean look. I was thinking about a 986 Badge or a 3600S badge.

Awesome! What is wrong with the rear spoiler and bumper fitment? How much did that go for? Very very tempting.

It does not line up perfectly yet. I am real anal about fitment of parts. The entire project cost me about $1300. This includes all the changes that needed to be made for the bumper to sit right.

$1300 well worth it, especially if you had to replace the bumper anyway.

I always wondered how a simple PORSCHE badge would look on the Box on the bumper instead of the trunk lid, like on the 928.

Hey James,

Could you list the stuff(part no. & such) that needed to be changed out to get the bumper and rear spoiler to fit properly?

The US-spec do. James had the Euro-spec bumper installed.

Der Geist Box has the factory US-spec bumper.

That is a Hot car Q hope you replaced it with something crazy.

I prefer the 03 rear bumper, but would keep the 996 front bumper
