much sexier if you update it with a GT3, Tequipment bar or something similar...

just my opinion though....

Kind of agree with you on the bumper too... I'm sold on the GT3. Never thought I'd be into any mods on my ride - but after this forum, I'll be looking into the Bumper and sideskirt changeout come spring. Deamber as well.

Looks like a 986 to me by the size of the side intake

If you look closely, the headlights are from a 987.

I just got a call from Frank at LA Porsche Dismantler, he told me that the 987 frontend is a bolt-on deal on the 986. Frontend meaning fenders, lights, hood, bumper, and etc. Can someone confirm?

I've been looking into this conversion as well. I was going to put it on my buddies car.

I am almost 100% sure its just bolt on with a few exceptions of a few screws, bolts, brackets. Just like my turbo front end.

Looks hot hence it's a complete conversion of the 996... However I'm not feeling it, 996 frontend on a boxster? That's like taking a 328i and converting it to an M3.
just IMHO.
