The FR-S and BRZ are completely identical except for the front ends, interior options and the rear suspensions are slightly different. Subaru wouldn't let Toyota use the double wishbone w/ mcpherson struts so instead they use just a double wishbone. Their engines are identical, however.
BRZ STI is supposed to go on the market 2015, so expect to see some boosted ones soon!
