Yeah, it is rubbery. For some reason I expected it to be smooth following the clearcoat.

Opinions on brake caliper and wheel color

Okayy, back to brake caliper color. I'm back to the big three. Red, silver, and green.

I know red is entering the 'S territory', but as I customize my car more and more, I'm starting to care less and less. Since I'm not trying to pose as an S I could care less what S owners might think when they see it. I've been considering getting a custom rear chrome logo the reads 986 B just to rep the base edition. Most importantly, with red brake calipers, I'll be able to add some red interior accents and have some consistency throughout the car.

The silver is looks nice, but with my interior being gray, I don't like the entirely monochromatic feel of the car.

Lastly, acid green... I will always love this color, but it's getting really hard to find ways to match the color with similarly colored interior accents...

These first world problems are soo hard to deal with!! :P

I vote for the red, my GF votes for the silver. I also vote for your center caps to be black.

Sorry to go against everyone else's choice but I think the green looks pretty cool. Red are also very nice but isn't the color that everybody goes for these days?? Nothing wrong with a unique style and that acid green does just this pretty damn well imo

Those are the Porsche center caps you should go for. Recommend anodized BLACK but we got them in all other colors (less Acid green of course!). $150 for the kit

With the black wheels, I think the green looks best. Second choice would be silver.

Hang on a min... lets go back to op. Let's say you have access to the paint code below in high temp and already lucky enough to own a silver Porsche car. Are you really in need of others' opinions? Seriously?

^ Hello?

PS: Your acid green is not hard to make. 4 parts of yellow and 1 part of blue (base colors). Use Online Color Mixing Palette for Painters for a base (starting point, adjust concentration between dry paint tests)

You should ask shehadehd how he is planning to paint his interior.

I decided to use some spare time and acid green vinyl to give the car some preliminary runs.

Don't mind the half-a$$ed vinyl wrap

The acid green in the interior looks kinda random. I like the mirror though and the calipers would look good green.
