Gee, another rough looking neighborhood. What's happening to the strata of boxster owners these days ?

Thanks on both counts - I spend a lot of time on my lawn. We have an in-ground sprinkler system that runs every other day and it is hooked up to a well solely for keeping the grass green (we can't use well water in the house). It also gets fertilized every month during the grass growing season.
