bi-xenon???
Can you explain this? As far as I know there is no Bi-xenon option on the 986, only xenon for the low-beam not hi-beam

Something about the Sport Design wheels and the hardtop combination are damn nice. Great looking car.

Thanks guys for compliments

and jpcolin: I'm the third owner of the car, apparently, 1st owner (some rich texan) special ordered this beauty and found another one he liked. It has some unique options. So dealer got a hold of it. Bi-xenon headlight on this car works like this, from my understanding. Correct me if I'm wrong but when I turn on high beam, xenon light moves upward. Does that make sense? or am I wrong. That's what I see when I turn on my high beam. I hope this helps....

love to hear more comments or questions.

I'll post more pics once I shrink size of my photos.

i now get my tan from standing in the sun admiring the beast :troll: ..... Seriously these things sound and go unbelievably. It is so different from the boxster in every way. Other than the interior it would be hard to pick by driving that they were made by the same company.. Love em both though.. just fit better in the GT3. :ah:

That front spoiler is only $67??? Can it be made to fit a stock Boxster front?

When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.

Don't think so because the stock bumper isn't as wide as the SuperCup lip spoiler.

Hmm, for $67 it might be worth a try... I could try shaving it down or if it's not even close could probably turn around and sell it easily. Where did you find this?

DPS Motorsports sells it in CA, as well as DEVEK the 928 guys, and The Racer's Group should definitely have it. Let me know if you get a good price I need to order one too. I'm thinking of covering it in Carbon Fiber like they use on those fake hoods.

I wish I had more info, but at the moment I'm waiting for mfgr info I can send on and post. It's basically an overspray of a urethane polymer (as I recall) and it looks considerably better than the Laser cut 3M applications, particularly when viewed side by side in a showroom. I talked to several owners who had it and they were very pleased. Time will tell, I suppose, but in my climate and the fact that it's a daily driver, it seemed prudent.
