My car on a website.

GT3Tek.com asked if they could use some pics of my car on their site. I thought it was cool of them to do that.

NICE!!! Hopefully, they gave you a discount since you are a celeb.

How about blanking out the license plate?

You cant see the whole thing anyway. And if you want to come and take it you get 3 options.

1. Bird shot in the face
2. many large rounds scoped from far away.
3. enjoy it. I don't want it anymore.

Does anybody think it would look awkward if I had the GT3 rear diffuser, and the rest of my car was stock?

PoBoxsterS - I did that exact thing to mine... Looks just fine... although i am thinking of maybe getting the sideskirts at some point (not 100% sure yet). To me the back was always lacking something so the GT3Tek Diffuser fixed that. It fits over the existing bumper skirt like a glove (even without screws) just make sure you get a paint guy that knows how to paint plastic really well.

Hey JAAY; I had the same findings when i talked to Joel over there when i ordered my Diffuser - those guys are A+. By the way I asked if they sold a metal heat shield for over the exhaust section (like on the original one) but Joel said they havent found the need for one yet. I think i may get my metal guy to make up something out of stainless for me... Have you found the tips to get too hot yet and affect the plastic? I havent got mine back from Paint yet but hopefully this week...

Yea, I melted it. You can't see where it melted but it did.

Man that sucks... I have about 1/2" between the diffuser and the muffler tips...
Not many options outside of making a heat shield or lowering the tips/exhaust by a little bit.
Did you email Joel on the issue?

It's not their fault. I have my exhaust real high. I like that how it looks that way. I'll figure out a heat shield over the winter.
