golonaus 07-12-2012 02:57 PM

The "wing" is to produce down force
Yours will lift the car up
Wrong angle man!!!!!!!!

On other side
Why would you put this thing on your "beauty full" porsche????
It looks civicish

Be carefull on lift off. Lol

particlewave 07-12-2012 03:16 PM

Ewwwww!!!

Seriously; take it off, man!

Crono0001 07-12-2012 03:22 PM

.. to each their own..

... but I cringed..

Not really a good match and having it backwards just adds to the awkward looking aspect of it. If you are happy great, not my cup of tea.

gomarlins3 07-12-2012 05:52 PM

That's big.

Johnny Danger 07-12-2012 06:47 PM

Sorry Shawn, but not only is it hideous - it's backwards . Also, what a rough looking neighborhood .

grubinski 07-12-2012 07:34 PM

I just hope it's Photoshopped.

LACOUNTRYHICK 07-13-2012 04:32 AM

I'll stick with mine

Put the "zoom zoom" sticker on.

particlewave 07-13-2012 11:48 AM

Ha! Yeah, its backwards...didn't even notice that at first. :(

brian325is 07-13-2012 12:22 PM

Really Shawn? You are making us Canadians look bad. LOL

I've never been a fan of Boxster wings but I like the integrated spoiler look of Louisianahick's car.

Oklahoma kind of speaks for itself. :D

I think it really accentuates the lines of the car. Plus it really needs that downforce since its a "turbo"

shawnliew88 07-13-2012 10:36 PM

I got it adjusted and it's tilting more forward now, u guys mean backward as in the direction of the spoiler?

particlewave 07-13-2012 10:49 PM

Yep. The front appears to be facing the rear of the car. Don't take too much offense. We can be pretty harsh at times. My first posts here were about my drop in 8" kicker sub and box. I got a lot of flak for it, but its still in the car and I still love it. :)

It's all about what you like...but yeah, its backwards(kinda hard to see in the pics, though). The curved edge should face forward and the thin bit should be at the rear like an airfoil of an airplanes wing. ;)
The angle is due to the struts which look like they were designed for a more horizontal deck and not the steeper slope of the Boxsters lid. I don't know if you can adjust them...may have to modify them or find some that will work with the spoiler and deck.

Edit: disregard...I see that you say that you got it adjusted.

shawnliew88 07-14-2012 08:41 AM

I think this spoiler is designed this way because I took a look and if I turn it around the angle on the surface it's gonna look abit weird..because when I look up for pics with this spoiler this Is how they fit it..probably gonna take some pics to post it again..by the way! Just tinted my tail lights !

Are you guys kidding? You can't tell that spoiler is a Chevy truck bug deflector?
