Blue Boxster with white wheels and white trim

So this is more then a request then a show and tell..sorry to blue ball you guys. I just bought my Boxster and want to paint the wheels white and add the white Boxster decal/trim along the bottom of it. I was hoping someone had a picture of this done on their blue Porsche before I dove in and painted my wheels.

Thanks guys

Would love to see that; I have the exact same car as you ! colorwise anyway.

Where is the best/cheapest place to buy the decals by the way?

I'd like to see your car photoshopped with white mirrors, wheels and the ===porsche=== strip along the sides. I bet that would look pretty cool.

Before painting, ask yourself how much you like cleaning wheels, because white will get dirty/grimy super fast.

Obviously not a Boxster, however...

What color calipers would go well with that color combo? I'm thinking yellow, but yellow behind white wheels could look off

My car's the same color too. Personally, I would scrap the "white" idea. If you want it to look good, an upgrade larger wheel would be great (not white). But remember we are all just expressing personal opinions based on personal taste. It's your car.

I painted my grills low luster black. The silver paint just looked cheap to me. Looks much better this way. Also, painted bumperets look rich. I also painted the calipers red with 18" spoke wheels. Looks good to me.

Stick with two colors. Otherwise I think it'll look too busy and detract from the overall package. Go black.

Here's a couple more teasters that show the blue a little better. I'm adding white roll bars and white mirrors soon.

Nice vision and execution! I didn't think I would like it, but it looks terrific. Is that paint or powder on the wheels? Looking forward to seeing your future additions.

SO cool! Now paint the trunk badge white for a little more balance.

Ballsy. Didn't sound like a good idea, but must admit the end result is pretty special. Kudos.
