just from increasing intake and exahust I'm not sure if off the line you would feel a difference. But at speed when the cold air kicks in you'd probably be looking at between 10 and 15 additional HP in the higer gears.
Although with the new 987 Porsche managed 22 additional horses without significantly changing the 3.2 engine from the previous 986. Just bigger intakes and exhaust. A good reason to buy the upgrades from Porsche and not an aftermarket tuner. You'll pay big dollars per horse with this car.

agreed...

that intake and exhaust won't get you much down low (thouhgh the bigger throttle body and ecu can make a difference there)...it's a bigger benefit as the car get moving.

I also agree that hp gains per dollar on these cars are hard justify...I was just fortunate to find one already done and at a very reasonable price per hp as a second owner.
