I LOVE the color. Very unusual and distinctive.

Good luck with the ride.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Thanks for the compliments.
No idea on the springs, the thing is lower than a freakin vacuum cleaner though. As far as the color, I dig it. It's kinda like having a Ferrari that's NOT red.

Spent the evening putting two new Auxiliary Cooling Fans in it, both were dead. They are accesible from the wheel well as per the manual, no need to pull the front bumper. Down to Hergesheimer at lunch tomorrow to pick up some of the plastic rivets and I can slap it all back together.
Looking forward to cooler temps and better A/C!

Looks sweet man congrats. I never used to like the crab style wheel but they sure look good on your ride with the drop

I completed the Fan Install, both are working perfectly now!
Looking forward to getting a run up the Mountain this weekend.

Question Too Low?

YoBob,

My ride is low enough that a little brainfade turning off the street turns into a #$(*)crrrrrrckkk.! So my cup holder always has a half full coffee mug.

It may be possible to change your ride height to a good compromise between cosmetics, handling, and undertray vunerability. Check your shocks/springs. If you have adjustable coilovers, you are in luck and can change your height!

Happy Trails,
Ike

Thanks Ike,

No dice on the threaded coilover sleeves, i'm going to leave it alone for now.
Man, the A/C is the bomb with both fans working properly!

Aero plus

YoBob,

I'll bet the reduced undercarriage airflow improves your stability at 100 mph++ top down and all! Dig that.

Nice color. At that speed you would look like Courtney Love's lipstick on a horizontal mirror!

Enjoy the ride,
Ike
