I purchased this 2001 S 10 years ago. It was like new then with the exception of the rag top, the rear plastic window showing all the signs of sun damage. This was replaced with a new top with a heated glass rear window.
About 6 weeks ago I purchased clear headlights to replace the "fried eggs". I was a little skeptical that it would really make a difference, but all I can now say is "wow". This encouraged me to swap out the amber repeaters for clear, and then this weekend I swapped out the amber tail lights for LED red/clear versions. I think the result is stunning, and heartedly recommend this conversation.

Right-hand drive as I am in Australia ...

Regards from Perth

Looks great and I completely agree, getting rid of the amber takes years off of the look.

Thanks, it wasn't planned. Just an early morning mountain run last summer. No body around so pulled over and took a few pics on the phone.

			I'm liking the orange monopola!
Is that a wrap or has it received a color change repaint?

I often think the world would be a better place if the original Boxster had been available with all of the "fun" 914 colors.
