A lot of photos of Boxsters sitting still. Here's me and my Spyder doing what Boxsters do best. 130 MPH at Fontana!

Saw "LeMans" when I was 11. Changed my life. Loved the 917, so when my '97 was rear ended at a stoplight by a cellphone-yakking-woman, I stripped it, cut off the bad sheet metal and built this as a crazy track day car with a 917 feel to it.

Custom hand built fiberglass rear with aluminum under-tray/fiberglass front bumper cover/Injuneered aluminum diffuser/B&B headers/custom pipes/nerf bar/carbon hood/ducted center radiator/TechArt wheels with Yokohama AO48s/Titanium tower bars/H&R coil overs/Cobra Suzuka seat/Simpson 5 point harnesses/Brey-Krause bar extension and fire extinguisher/Hot Lap/horizontal FlexALite cooling fan/LED tail lights

Full cage is next!

Very cool car, very cool indeed. How much does it weigh? Also, is your number 999 or 696?

Since I don't have a wind tunnel of my own, I built it making educated guesses. Feels REALLY planted at high speeds.

Tweaking it still. That's why I just painted it flat black. Had to test it on the track to make sure it was gonna work. Also need to build the cage. Then I'll do the finish body work and paint or wrap it.

Way fun to drive!!! And fun is what it's all about.

My 97' 2.5

My 3rd 986 as well as my 3rd 1997 year. They are my favorite. No air bags, no E-Throttle, lightest of the bunch.

101k miles, 5spd, grey int, no TC (Yes!).

I want to remove the ABS.

Porsches are suppose to be small, simple, fun cars.

400 lbs lighter. Numbers are magnets that can be 9s or 6s, so I can change the number for track days with different clubs.
