my boxster s.

here are some pictures of my car after a wash:

my dad has wanted a boxster since the concept idea came out. 10 years later he drives down to florida to pick it up, comes back, and i've been driving it ever since. needless to say it's a headturner-- especially in a high schol parking lot.

the white with red interior is quite impressive. one of the most stunning -- if not THE most stunning colors yet.

The newest body style with the color matched grills looks stunning in white. Your front and rear lights look so good, I suggest spend $20 or so to get the clear sidemarkers. No tools are required for installation, and you car will look better in 'a snap'.

BTW I love those lightwieght 5-spokes. They really show off the Red S calipers. Theses wheels didn't come out until after I ordered my mine with Turbo-look, or else my Sonja would be wearing those too.

That's an awesome combination, I just love Boxster red. How come your sills only say Boxster?

It is weird, I just checked out a Boxster S on ebay and the sills say Boxster. It could be a mistake. Ask the dealer you it from they might give you the right sills for free.

Welcome to the group and that is a mighty fine Boxster. The interior colors are real nice. I have a 2003 S silver with gray interior. Enjoy the car you will have a lot of fun.

is that a darker red than my 2000 S? or is my monitor playing tricks on me?

by the way rapture, today I used http://autopia-carcare.com/1z-291141.html and it removed a whole bunch of soil that didn't come off with the usual damp towel method recomended by leather people. I buffed out the 1Z and it looked showroom new. The 1 Z Cockpit Premium spray works well too, not at all an Armor-all type product.

nice white

love those wheels...I'm looking for a pair. I'd really like to find a set off the 550 anniv edition with the grey paint finish. your rear lights look great...it's the next mod I'm doing to mine. gotta love white...I've got the older white (biarritz white)...it's just a little softer.

Damn, that's an awesome color combo. BTW, I have an S and my door sills only say "Boxster" also. Guess the factory had excess inventory. I should make them give me the correct "S" sills.

wait a minute, Rapture did you say you're in High School?
I would never have made it to 31 with this beast.

Sure wish my Dad loved cars enough to buy a Porsche when I was in high school and would let me drive it!

Problem is that I got so many door dings from the high school parking lot that I'd never put a nice car in a lot with a bunch of kids who didn't know to mind their car doors.

Anyone else have "door dings" on the very top of their list of hated things in this world?

Yes you say?

Yup, I'm on the right forum alright.
