I really like the convertible top on the 987 much better that the one on the 986. The profile looks much, much better - like it has an extra rib to give it a more verticle rear window. Does anyone know if the 987 top could be retro-fitted to the 986?

Grizzly, I remember someone posting here that this can NOT be done becuase the 987 top does have an extra rib in the top, as you noted. FYI, I have as much, if not a little bit more, head-room in the Boxster than I do in my Ford Explorer.
