I have a '98 Boxster with around 36K miles. In '11, the original owner preemptively replaced the IMS bearing with an LN Engineering version, along with the RMS. At the time it had 27K miles on it....

Did the base '97 - '00 Boxster come from the factory with both black and silver trim on the gauges? Was the silver trim an option?
