my frunk hood sticker has XRH as the first option code. It's very clear, and i haven't been able to figure it out. Wheels?, or X right hand?

My dash gauge and my dipstick give different readings. Dipstick says full and the gauge says two bars above the fill line. Which is the most reliable?
