Update

After replacing DMM probes I went through the fuse panel again and E4 seems to stop the drain. E4 is Seat Back Control, right side.

Oddly my seats don’t appear to be connected to anything...

Follow up

Was getting inconsistent amp reading from my multimeter, turns out one of the lead cables is frayed. Switched to an older one and the readings are still odd.

Every thing off, doors closed, no key, frunk light disconnected, interior lights disconnected, radio off.

Every 45 sec the voltage drops nearly 1/2v but after 15 secs...

Getting at the vacuum valves und intake manifold

97' 2.5 secondary air pump comes on but throws p0410 and 411 codes. (Might have the numbers wrong from memory but relates to secondary air)

Connect fuse horn sounds immediately without pressure on it.

Tires are good but not high quality-
1 wheel slightly curbed.
Always had a small shimmy around the same speed but noticeably worse today. ( does not get driven every day)...
