Turns out it's the shift linkage, which is a relief.
Called Progressive and they'll fix it all ($100 deductible) AND let me use my mechanic AND I'm not at fault. Dropping it off tomorrow :D

How much coolant does it take to fill an empty Boxster after a flush to its normal level again? Just had one done and I just wanna double check to make sure I'm not being overcharged for the coolant...

I was just wondering if there is a trick to cleaning the inside of the back window because it's fairly awkward. Maybe I just need to find either a midget or a small child to do it for me :o

but I DID figure out how to get those damn clips out easy - take some wire strippers and clamp it (not too tight) into the biggest size - LUCKILY mine was big enough so there was room...
