Bought it on line. $1488 shipped (1,000 lbs!) when I got it . They may be a bit more now. The outfit I got it from is out of business, but a Google search on Bend-Pak wiill get you lots of hits...

$15-$1600. It's a Bend-Pak MD-6XP. Awesome piece of gear! Pretty easy working under the car with it....I just sit on a roller stool and scoot around...
