The server can't count. It just says something like if a user has requested a page in the last 10 minutes or so then they are logged in.

Also, if a registered user comes along but hasn't logged in...

Yeah I believe the turbo numbers without a doubt. With enough money you could build a turbo setup to more than double the amount of power any motor puts out. I'm sure you knew that though.
