Thanks, was hoping that was the case over a whole bearing replacement. Further searching shows they sell an o-ring and sealing bolt kit that is pretty inexpensive so I may not even need the flange....

Yes, I am quite familiar with the IMSB issue(s). Just before I bought the car it had ~$6,000 worth of work at a reputable indy shop in Ohio including a new IMS, RMS, clutch, flywheel, etc....
