Re checking everything today - including testing the fuses with a multimeter : fuse E1 was blown even though it looked good visually.

Swapping it out - started first...

Checking now - No horn when locking (although it may have done earlier). Will double check the wiring tomorrow as don't want to wind the neighbours up too...

So: after trying to install a bluetooth / iPhone adapter to the cdr 220 - the car won't start. Doesn't even attempt to turn over (silent).
