Alright ladies and gentlemen, this is the first big meet of the 2004 season and boy do we mean BIG!! We have a great time planned for you all!!

9:00AM Sharp!!

We will depart the park and proceed up the Palisades Parkway into New York State.

We will follow the PP to the end and across the Bear Mountain Bridge

If you are interested in some good Castle pictures, bring a pair of hiking shoes because you will need to take a 5 minute walk that can be a little rocky and muddy. (Hani (03C4S) did the walk so ask him if you have questions about this aspect). The Bannerman Castle can be viewed from that location. This is it:

That's great!! Doesn't it make more sense to go to HOOTERS after the workshop? ANd what is an FRS radio? April 4th is a bad day for me unfortunately but good for NYC and the metro residents. If it was on a weekend I would drive the 6 hours.

Man that looks awesome. Too bad I just drove my car back from Washington DC to Saint Louis last weekend. I would have made a detour up through New York if I had known.

Have Fun

2 days??? I drive from NYC to MI in 9 hours on a regular basis. That's 650 miles each way! We got guys coming from RI and Boston so if you really want to, you can do it.

Make a weekend out of it. Come down of Friday or Saturday, stay around the city and then join us on Sunday.
