I will most certainly be there next year for sure! The roads around there are very nice and twisty. There's even a so-so whinery you can tour. (Yes, I know I spelled that wrong...)

Driving from KC and meeting my wife in San Antonio on Thurs night, spending the night there and getting into Friedriksburg early Friday morning. Can't wait. And yes, I'm bringing some great KC ribs and burnt ends (if you dont' know what they are or never had them, I feel for you. Can't bring enough for everyone, so first come, first served!). That's assuming we don't succumb to the temptation on Thurs night and eat em all!

Jeph, sorry dude. I have to defend freedom until the 9th of Sep and then I am on leave in Germany and Austria on the 13th-26th. I will definately try next year....Uncle Sam doesn't seem to car about my schedule or Boxstoberfest for that matter.
