Wet Intake

Top of plenum looks wet. Trying to figure out why i have the Dreaded P1128 code. Oil seperator looks dry but top of plenum is wet. Any idea's where this is coming from and if this is a problem?
Car is a 1999
58,000 miles,
Engine replaced at dealership at 30,000 miles.

Also when the dealerships replaced the motors did they just do a R and R or did they swap over the injection etc from my old motor?

Thx

Not to be a smart ass or anything but I would run my finger over the "wet" spot and see what it taste like. If it taste like oil,I would bet it was from the oil seperator, mine looked fine and I had "wet" spots showing up from the oil seperator.
