2000 Boxter S Suspension Refresh

Hello fellow 986'rs
I am getting ready to perform a complete suspension refresh on my 2000 Boxter S and would like some suggestions on how to simulate suspension load when getting ready button things up and torque things to spec.
It is my understanding that you can use a jack to apply the suspension load to the hub carrier but not sure how to know when I have the proper load.
Suggestions? Thanks for all that reply.
