Brake hose / line when using 987 wheel carrier on 986

So in my project I went for the 987 wheel carriers knowing that it fits ABS sensors picking up the signal from the bearing. That way I hope to keep ABS functional despite the move to 987 drive shafts.

Anyway, the routing of the brake hose in the 987 is quite different from the 986 due to the exhaust in the wheel well. So the 987 lines on caliper side and the bracket holding it are of no use on the 986.

I have made a few templates for a new bracket, keeping the 986 line and hose routing. But I am very curious on what others have done. I have read some threads with people fitting these 987 wheel carriers, so hoping for other ideas.

P.S. If someone also wants to go the route of the 987 / Audi transaxles, I would advice to first check whether the 987 ABS sensor will fit the 986 Boxster S wheel carrier. That wheel carrier would have made all the rest so much easier.
