I bought a 98 5speed Boxster . The RPM an Speedometer don't work. I've scanned with an autel scanner and get no codes for the cluster. I am able to test both gauges with autel and both needles will respond and move as should. I was able to buy another cluster at a reasonable price and after installing it i have the same issue so i started troubleshooting further back then the gauges. I've checked all positive voltages at the pins going to the cluster and have checked all grounds. They appear to be working correct. I took an oscope and probed the pin for the RPM signal at the connectors for the cluster and i do indeed see the RPM signal. Any Ideas?
