Looking for Transmission diagram

Does anyone have or can point me to an exploded diagram showing the components/parts to a 2002 Boxster S tranny? I have a small leak around the shift selector and am wondering if there is an easier fix than dropping the tranny. I believe it's a G86.20.

I have a repair manual for the 987S transmission, I`m not sure how different they are. PM me if you need it.

Thanks. I don't know how similar or different they are but I'd rather get the info on the correct model if possible. Let's see if anyone chimes in with any suggestions.

Have you tried the Porsche 986 Parts Catalog?
...not sure it gets the detail you want.

Thank you. I didn't have this link.

Not sure yet. I gave the diagram to my indie mechanic who's trying to determine if there is a bushing behind the shift selector that could be changed to stop the leak or if it requires removing the tranny for service. He has a connection at the Porsche dealership that he is checking with as well. Frankly, if it's going to require removing the tranny and sending it somewhere I'm inclined to just live with the leak since it's not very bad.

If it is the bronze shaft bushing, you have to pull the trans out, strip it apart, and then press in the new bushing before burnishing it to the correct size. Not a whole lot of fun.

I’ve been living with it for years……. The amount that leaks is minimal and when I’ve checked the level it doesn’t seem to be down at all.

Yikes! And I just had the trans out for an IMS, clutch and flywheel refresh. Sounds like it would be an expensive undertaking. I'm inclined to just live with it as it's not leaking onto the garage floor but it's definitely coating some parts underneath. I should probably start changing the tranny fluid every year to make sure it's at the correct level.

I'm inclined to live with it. Since I have a manual I'll have to change the fluid every year to make sure I'm not short.
