Yikes! And I just had the trans out for an IMS, clutch and flywheel refresh. Sounds like it would be an expensive undertaking. I'm inclined to just live with it as it's not leaking onto the garage floor but it's definitely coating some parts underneath. I should probably start changing the tranny fluid every year to make sure it's at the correct level.
