I think this is the same exact bearing that was built into these cars in the factory, so it`s proven to be good since in most cars it lasts way over 100k miles. In general, I don`t see the advantage of the ceramic hybrid bearing over the original steel ball dual row for this application. When I rebuilt my engine I went with a roller bearing + ball bearing combo, but I might replace it to one like this when I decide to sell the car, as the bearing I used is unique and is not from a reputable source and buyers don`t like that.
