Yup if you can figure out a way to test them under pressure even better.
A small weeping pinhole leak when the car is at operating temp. would be a PITA.
An idea:
Get a bicycle inner tube cut it 180 degrees from the presta valve.
Slip one end over the end of the coolant tube clamp with a hose clamp.
Fill with water.
Slip the other end of inner tube over the other end of the coolant tube. Clamp with hose clamp.
Now you can use the presta valve to apply air pressure.
