I love this idea! Thank you. Genius idea. I was going to apply vacuum with my air lift tool, but I like your idea better.

An idea:
Get a bicycle inner tube cut it 180 degrees from the presta valve.
Slip one end over the end of the coolant tube clamp with a hose clamp.
Fill with water.
Slip the other end of inner tube over the other end of the coolant tube. Clamp with hose clamp.
Now you can use the presta valve to apply air pressure.
Hope that makes some sense.
