Cam shaft from a facelift in my non face lift?

I’m looking for the exhaust camshaft (cylinders 1-3) for my 2.7 2002. I’ve found one but it’s from a Facelift version (which usually is just cosmetic) but the part number ends in 10 rather than 05.

Long shot but would anyone know if they are different shapes or if it could just be a matter of a different material used?

And if you’ve got one for sale please let me know 👍

I would go with what JFP says! And the 2003/4 facelift engines are different than the earlier years. They have 3 timing chains instead of 5, a different Motronics system and a different variocam system. So it would stand to reason that the camshafts are different.
