When using the 2.7 intake runners this pushes the 2.5 TB farther away. Will the cable still reach? I suppose the intake filter to the TB needs adjusting as well.

Using the 2.7 intake and runners with the 2.5 TB and cross-pipe grafted in will shift the TB position. Does the throttle cable still reach?

Still plodding along with this project. Had a few people ask if the throttle cable will still reach even though the throttle body has been essentially “moved back” from its original location in the 2.5. What was your experience?

Throttle cable works fine and has the added benefit of taking out a bit of the slack.

Thanks for the info and the quick response. Just finishing up the work on the stand and hope to be installing in a couple of weeks.
