this is an additive that is supposed to keep the seals in good condition, maybe by encapsulating silicates suspended in the antifreeze? Not sure it is required I think antifreeze already has lubricants.

Sounds like magic foo foo dust to me. We have never used it, staying with factory coolant and distilled water, and never had any of the dreaded "seal failures"...............

And by-the-by, like most modern coolants, Porsche coolant is silicate free.

Perhaps this product is supposed to be used if you do not have access to distilled or deionized water, and have to use tap water with minerals in it, which is a problem.

OK, found this stuff in the parts system, it is a silicone based grease to be used on o rings on thermostat housings on "some models", it is NOT an additive: "Kluberplus Grease - 100 Grams
Genuine Porsche grease used for rubber seals for the cooling system of some models." Available for the paltry price of $25 for 100 grams.
