clutch glazing question

I let a friend of mine drive my car (2000 986 S) and the clutch wasn't the same for the next couple of days. Normally, the clutch engages with a bit of a snap when I am accelerating vigorously or just not paying attention as much as I should. Of course, if I am consciously trying to be smooth or simply pulling off slowly the clutch operates smoothly. After my friend drove the car, the snap was gone. It was smooth all the time, but it felt like the power was gone on upshifts. Now, after three days of driving the car, all is well again. Does it sound like the clucth was glazed? I was riding with my buddy the whole time, and I didn't think he was slipping the clutch, but he was trying to be extra cautious.
