+1 on maytag's comments regarding Marvel Mystery Oil. If something's snuck into a lifter or the chain tensioners, MMO can clean it out. But don't leave it in there very long.
For Sea Foam, I've run it through a tank of fuel and it seems to help out the injectors a bit. YMMV.
