Those injectors were from a 92K engine that ran fine. My only clue that something wasn't perfect was the dyno test that showed it was a few ponies short of what I was expecting and that is my I had the injectors tested/cleaned.

yes I read your post #5 with great interest. They did some nice testing on those injectors.
Makes me want to pull mine and send them out.
I only have 52k on my 2000S bought it with 47k last July.
But it runs so nice I am hesitant to touch it
