I like the Sport Chrono option. It was by far the hardest optioned choice I made, because I was just not sure it would do much. The main advantages I see are as following:

1) Re-Maps the throttle response
2) Allows you to access more of the rev range near red-line without the rev-limiter kicking in
3) Allows for more driver input, by engaging the PSM (Porsche Stability Management) at a different level. In other words, you can engage the car in more understeer/oversteer before PSM kicks in, and makes corrections. This was the deal-closer for me and the most noticeable benefit.
4) I don't have PASM, but the SC does interact nicely with PASM
5) SC Plus just allows additional programming features with some of your "creature comforts"
