What's this hose called?

What is the small black plastic hose that goes from the top of the AOS to the throttle body? I broke mine. I looked on pelican parts to order a new one but can't find what I need.
Can anyone help me? Possibly a part number?

That's the one from the AOS to that small Y on the side of the throttle body correct?

Mine looks different than that on one end. One end has just the connection (AOS side) but the end on the TB is like a Y, with a tiny rubber hose with a metal clamp coming off it. Is this the same thing only I'm not seeing all that in the picture?

How completely stupid of me. I flipped through the pictures on the hose and saw the end I was just describing. Sorry for the ignorance
