Weird humming, RPM drop and Stalling

Hello everybody.

I have been having a very weird issue with my car lately. When driving, assuming that I at least drive for 30-40 minutes, my car begins to make a humming noise near the front right side wheel (near the gas cap). This typically begins to happen when the car is roughly between 180-200 degrees F.

After this hum, the RPM drops. In some occasions it simply stalls but the car remains on. In other occasions, the car drops RPM significantly when idle and turns off leaving me stranded or revving the engine when I'm stopped so it doesn't turn off.

Has anyone had the same issue? If so, did you manage to fix it?

Blocked fuel vent valve on the active charcoal canister.

As you use fuel you generate a vacuum in the tank. Eventually it gets so high that your fuel pressure drops, the mixture leans out and the car loses power.
