I know his has been covered, I can find threads were the fitting is referred to but I can’t find a part number for the fitting. (T fitting to install oil pressure and oil temperature sensors). Can anyone help me out?

Happy Friday

I just installed both an oil pressure and temperature gauge and using a bung on the driver side block for the temp sender after finding this on here.

Oil temp sensor

there are bungs on both heads. there is the one on the front pssgr side where the oil pressure switch currently sits - replace that with a vdo oil pressure sender. there is another on the rear drvr side (under the intake) where you can mount the oil temp sender.

Ah so that’s what I’m missing. Thanks!

Replace the existing sender with the 996 sender to have both the pressure and the idiot light from the same sender. Use the other bung for vdo temperature sender.
