Whistle noise - Not sure what?

Hey,
I just bought a 2000 Boxster (artic Silver with Navy Blue Interior) in the past week from a private seller. I love it. It has about $49,000 miles on it, but it looks brand-new.

However, during the test drives I never noticed this little whistle noise at all. Now, when I drive it, about every 5 minutes I will hear this whistling noise (deep whistle, nothing too squeeky) coming from the Passenger side front tire vicinity. Not sure if it is the wheelwell areodynamics, but it only happens on the passenger side. Could it be the powersteering???? It whistles mostly at lower speeds, 20mph or 30 mph, and is very intermittent. Last for about 3-5 seconds then stops. It happens while going straight, so it is not a tire rubbing or anything.

Anyone have any ideas what this noise could be?
