Updated Oil Pressure Spring

If I don't want to wait to change the oil pressure spring how much oil will I loose changing the oil pressure spring?

If you want to upgrade the piston too, will it just fall out once the plug is removed? If you have to extract it how do you do so without marring the walls of the hole?

Mine just fell out, if it doesn't I guess you could poke the old spring back up there and turn it a little to see if that can help dislodge it?
