I should have been a little more clear about how to avoid being ticketed if you do get pulled over. If you take the front license plate and stick it into the pocket behind the passenger seat. That is a good storage place. If you get pulled over pull the license plate out and stick it on the passenger side dashboard in the front windsheild propted into the corner. As long as the plate is displayed in the front of the vehicle it is fine. It doesnt necessarily have to be on the bumper. (that is where I leave mine incase I do get pulled over. Pull the plate out and throw it into the dashboard )

Thanks Miller, I'll remember that when I'm driving around this spring.

Alienz, would you mind posting another pic or two for me? I'm afraid if I do it, I'll just end screwing something up. Do I need a site to host my pics in order to post them on the net?

I tried it in NYC and after my third $115 ticket in the first month I reluctantly put the plate on the front!

Funny thing is I used to be an NYPD cop myself. I got the tickets while parked. A cop wouldn't do that to me.

Most were from a metermaid anyways, they have no respect for anyone!

you should have put the plate on the dash when you parked it. Like Jfmiller said.

I thought it wasn't mandatory to have a front plate.

How do I resize pics? I would like to actually post my own pics, but the size is too big.
