How to disconnect wiring harness

I'm in the process of cleaning and wrapping the rear trunk wiring harness. I've looked at the connectors shown in the image and for the life of me can't figure out how to disconnect them. Looked at videos, but every time they cut out that part.

I don't want to just brute force them apart for obvious reasons. Any helpful hints?

Thanks in advance!

There's a tab on the side facing you as you're looking at them from the rear. In the picture, all three are facing down. That tab pulls out and as you pull the connections will come apart. Its helpful to use a small flat head screwdriver to start the process of pulling the tab out.
